Compatibility:
WebSite X5 Evo and Pro
With the release of WebSite X5 2021.1 we started the gradual process of removal of the database function from the Evo edition (see v2021.1: Notes on the project conversion), which will be now completed with WebSite X5 2021.2.
The removal of the database function from the Evo edition leads to 2 important changes:
Firstly, the Data Management section, which used to be available on Step 1 - Settings > Advanced, will no longer be present, even if you import a project from a previous version.
Secondly, the internal analytics system of WebSite X5 will be removed when a project is converted: we recommend using Google Analytics instead.
